Internet Explorer users: After clicking on the link above, select Run and the program will automatically launch and attempt to connect with Digital Scout.

Firefox users: After clicking on the link above, you may only be able to select Save, so make sure that the ts.exe file is saved to your desktop. Then, after the download has completed, minimize or close your browser, and double click on the ts.exe file on your desktop, which will launch and attempt to connect with Digital Scout.

Please note: This remote support utility uses ports 5500 and 5901 to communicate with Digital Scout. Please make sure that these ports are open and available if you are using a firewall.
